Sealing Your Criminal Record

If your case was dismissed, or you were found Not Guilty after trial, and in certain other instances, your criminal record may be sealed. You can also seal your misdemeanor or felony conviction after a certain period of time. A motion to seal the record has to be filed with the court and heard by the Judge. Massachusetts CORI reform enacted in 2010 reduced waiting periods to seal criminal records. Contact me to discuss your particular case.
